RETURN POLICY:

If you do not notify Alexandra of your intent to return the work within 3 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying, you will NOT be eligible for a refund. Commissioned pieces are NOT returnable upon delivery. Please contact via email if you have any problems with your order prior to delivery.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellations of prints or original artwork are accepted only before item(s) are processed for delivery.

Cancellations for custom/commissioned artwork are not accepted once the artist has started the piece. If the artwork is not paid in full or picked up within 30 days of completion, the artist considers this a cancelled order and retains full ownership of the artwork. The artist is subject to keep, display, or resell the artwork.


SHIPPING:

The applicable shipping option must be selected for each order. Free local pick up is available in Lewiston, Maine.
Ready-to-ship items are processed within 1-2 business days after ordering with priority mail (approximately 3 business days).
Allow 4 weeks for custom orders to be completed and shipped.
Tracking number will be provided.
